NILES — An Austintown man is in the Trumbull County jail after being accused of leading Niles police on a foot chase over the weekend after officers confronted him about a possible stolen car. According to a police report, Niles police were alerted by their Flock cameras of a stolen vehicle entering the city on Robbins Avenue about 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
