HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. — A Humboldt County man was arrested for felony hit and run, deadly weapon assault and spousal battery charges after officials say he ran over two people, including his girlfriend, after an argument early Sunday morning. Officials with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) said their deputies were dispatched to a home off of Brenard Road in Loteta at around 5 a.m. for an assault with a vehicle.
