CHICO, Calif. — Upper Bidwell Park is one of the Northstate’s greatest natural beauties, but it has been partially damaged by recent storms. The park benefited greatly from recent storms but officials want the public to know that while trails are open there are some areas that aren’t safe yet to traverse.
