Police identify victim in Brattleboro shooting rule death a homicide  VTDigger
BRATTLEBORO — Authorities have identified the victim of a Thursday night shooting they have ruled to be a homicide. Tamico Williams, 21, of Hartford, Connecticut, died of wounds to the torso, according to an autopsy completed Saturday by the Vermont Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Burlington. Authorities said they received a 911 call shortly before 8 p.m. Thursday reporting the sound of gunfire at a residence at 14 Birge Street. Responding, Brattleboro Police found Williams dead inside an apartment.
